1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

• "Agreement" — these Terms and Conditions, together with any enrollment confirmation or written correspondence between you and Sunsetlearn.
• "Content" — all written material, printed publications, digital files, tables, glossaries, and other program material provided by Sunsetlearn.
• "Participant" or "You" — any individual who enrolls in or receives a program from Sunsetlearn.
• "Program" — any educational reading product or service offered by Sunsetlearn, including the Retirement Systems Field Guide, the Public-Sector Retirement Education Module, and the Multi-Year Reading and Reference Program.
• "We", "Our", "Us" — Sunsetlearn, operating from 28 Thonglor Soi 13, Khlong Tan Nuea, Watthana, Bangkok 10110, Thailand.
• "Website" — the Sunsetlearn website accessible at sunsetlearn.live and all pages thereof.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an enquiry, completing enrollment, or accepting delivery of any program material, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Our programs are intended for adults aged 18 and over. By enrolling, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

If you are enrolling on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

3. Service Description

Sunsetlearn provides educational reading programs on retirement and pension systems. All content is strictly informational and descriptive of publicly available documentation. Nothing in any program constitutes individualized financial, legal, or professional advice of any kind.

Programs are available to participants in Thailand and, subject to postal feasibility, in other countries. Delivery of physical materials outside Thailand may incur additional shipping costs; these will be confirmed before enrollment is finalized.

4. Enrollment

Enrollment is confirmed once Sunsetlearn has received your enquiry or order and has sent written confirmation by email. Physical program materials are dispatched after enrollment confirmation.

Sunsetlearn reserves the right to decline an enrollment at its discretion, in which case any payment received will be returned in full.

Participants are responsible for providing accurate contact and postal information at the time of enrollment. Sunsetlearn is not responsible for non-delivery resulting from inaccurate information provided by the participant.

5. User Responsibilities

Participants agree to use program materials solely for their own personal, non-commercial educational purposes. The following activities are prohibited:

• Reproducing, copying, scanning, or distributing program materials (in whole or in part) without written permission from Sunsetlearn
• Reselling or sublicensing program materials to any third party
• Using program content to create derivative educational products or commercial publications
• Sharing digital program files with individuals who have not enrolled in the relevant program
• Misrepresenting affiliation with Sunsetlearn in any context

6. Intellectual Property

All content in Sunsetlearn programs — including written text, tables, glossaries, and program structure — is the intellectual property of Sunsetlearn or is used under license. All rights are reserved.

Upon enrollment and payment, Sunsetlearn grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to read and retain the materials provided for personal educational use. This license does not grant any right to reproduce, adapt, translate, or distribute the content.

Program materials may cite or describe publicly available documents from government agencies, international organizations, and pension authorities. Such references do not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those entities.

7. Payment & Refunds

Program prices are stated in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Current prices are as follows:

• Retirement Systems Field Guide — ฿3,200
• Public-Sector Retirement Education Module — ฿5,800
• Multi-Year Reading and Reference Program — ฿31,000 (three-year total)

Payment is due prior to dispatch of materials. Accepted payment methods are communicated at the time of enrollment confirmation.

Refund policy: Requests for a refund submitted before dispatch of physical materials will be honored in full. Once materials have been dispatched, refunds are not available for change-of-mind cancellations, as the physical goods will have left our possession. If materials are lost or damaged in transit, Sunsetlearn will arrange replacement or, at its discretion, a full refund.

For the Multi-Year Program, refund requests submitted before the start of any given program year will be assessed on a pro-rata basis for any prepaid but un-started years.

8. Program-Specific Terms

Retirement Systems Field Guide: Delivered as a combined printed and digital package. Digital files are for the exclusive use of the enrolled participant. There is no enrollment expiry; the guide may be used as a reference at any time after receipt.

Public-Sector Retirement Education Module: Delivered as a reading module with printed material, a glossary, and a closing reflection sheet. The module is for the individual participant named at enrollment. Group enrollments (multiple participants from the same organization) must be arranged in advance and are priced per individual.

Multi-Year Reading and Reference Program: The program runs for three calendar years from the date of enrollment. It includes one printed handbook per year, quarterly reading mailings, and one annual full-day reading session in Bangkok. Attendance at the Bangkok session is included in the program fee but is not mandatory. Dates for the annual session are communicated at least 60 days in advance. If a participant is unable to attend in a given year, no replacement session is available, though the printed materials from that session will be provided.

9. Disclaimers

Sunsetlearn programs are provided strictly for educational and informational purposes. The information contained in all program materials:

• Describes publicly available documentation on retirement and pension systems
• Does not constitute financial, investment, tax, legal, or professional advice of any kind
• Is not tailored to the individual circumstances, needs, or situation of any participant
• May not reflect the most current version of the source documents described

Participants should consult a qualified professional before making any financial or retirement-related decisions. Sunsetlearn expressly disclaims all responsibility for any action taken or not taken by a participant on the basis of program content.

Program materials are provided on an "as-is" basis. While we take care to ensure accuracy, we make no representations or warranties as to the completeness, currency, or suitability of the content for any particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Sunsetlearn's total liability to a participant for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or any program shall not exceed the amount paid by that participant for the relevant program.

Sunsetlearn is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss or damage, including lost income, lost savings, or reputational damage, even if such loss was foreseeable or Sunsetlearn had been advised of its possibility.

Nothing in these Terms limits Sunsetlearn's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Thai law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sunsetlearn, its personnel, and its agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of program materials in a manner inconsistent with these Terms; (b) your breach of any provision of these Terms; or (c) your infringement of any third-party rights in connection with program materials.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate participation in a program at any time by written notice. Upon termination, your license to use the program materials ceases, except that you may retain physical materials already delivered to you for personal reference.

Sunsetlearn may terminate enrollment immediately and without refund if a participant has materially breached these Terms, including through unauthorized reproduction or distribution of program materials.

Sections 6 (Intellectual Property), 9 (Disclaimers), 10 (Limitation of Liability), 11 (Indemnification), and 13 (Dispute Resolution) survive termination.

13. Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

Before initiating any formal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt good-faith informal resolution. Any notice of dispute should be sent to [email protected]. We will acknowledge receipt within five business days and propose a meeting or written exchange to resolve the matter.

14. General Provisions

• Entire agreement: These Terms, together with any enrollment confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sunsetlearn regarding the program and supersede all prior communications on the same subject.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms on one occasion does not constitute a waiver of that provision on any subsequent occasion.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without prior written consent from Sunsetlearn. Sunsetlearn may assign its rights to a successor entity in the event of a restructuring or sale of the business.
• Notices: Notices from participants to Sunsetlearn must be sent by email to [email protected] or by post to the address below. Notices from Sunsetlearn to participants will be sent to the email address provided at enrollment.

15. Changes to Terms

Sunsetlearn may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. If changes are material, we will notify current enrolled participants by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Continued participation in a program after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
